Even branches in one chain may have different equipment and programmes, so cross-branch use and name changes can be restricted.
Refunds and transfers are different processes
A refund is settled by the venue under the contract, taking used services and applicable deductions into account. A transfer changes the holder of the remaining entitlement with the venue's approval.
Compare the refundable amount with transfer fees and any new registration or instructor-change fees. Listing on Today Ticket and the venue's own procedures are separate; confirm each cost before agreeing.

Seller checks
- State the verified expiry and remaining quantity, separating the main pass, lessons and additional services. Recheck pending bookings before listing.
- Disclose instructor, class-level, booking and branch restrictions. Do not promise effects or decide a buyer's health or class suitability for them.
- Do not hand over your login, access-app account or identity credentials. Use the venue's official member-change procedure.
How to confirm transfer with the venue
- 1Give the product name and ask whether another person can receive it and how the buyer registers.
- 2Confirm the final expiry and remaining time, credit or sessions, including pauses, extensions and cancellation deductions.
- 3Ask about usable branches, instructors, class levels, access hours and booking or cancellation rules.
- 4Confirm any joint visit, fees and transferable extras, then record who pays each cost in your agreement.

Can a group pass become private lessons?
Prices and booking systems differ, so conversion is not automatic. Ask whether the studio permits it and requires an extra payment or a revised session count.
Will the same instructor continue?
It depends on whether the private pass specifies an instructor. Ask whether the new user can book that instructor and what a change would cost.
Do cancelled classes count as remaining sessions?
Restoring a session depends on the studio's cancellation deadline. Before selling, reconcile the app and studio records, including classes still booked.
Can I attend another branch?
The same brand does not guarantee cross-branch use. Name the intended branch and confirm eligible programmes and any additional charge after transfer.
