How to transfer a pass or membership
General transaction guide
A listing alone does not complete a transfer. Ask the issuing venue whether transfer is allowed, then tell the buyer exactly what remains.
Today Ticket connects listings and chat. It does not obtain venue approval, change the registered holder or guarantee completion.
1. Confirm transfer with the venue
Read the purchase terms and ask the actual branch about name changes. Rules may differ by branch, product or promotion, even within one brand.
- Eligible product and approving branch
- Name-change fee and who pays it
- Required visits, identity checks and documents
- Branch changes and prior membership freezes
2. Describe the remaining terms accurately
State the venue, branch, product and usable programs using confirmed information. Hide phone numbers, birth dates and membership identifiers in proof images.
- Remaining sessions, balance or hours and the date checked
- Expiry date and any freezes or suspensions
- Eligible branches, programs and time slots
- Transfer fees and other extra charges
3. Finish buyer registration with the venue
Reconfirm the price, fees, visit order and remaining terms in chat. If they differ from the venue's answer, check again before paying or sharing personal information.

- Do not retain unnecessary personal data
- Mark sold in chat after the transfer actually finishes

Can we confirm the deal before venue approval?
First confirm the product, remaining terms and transfer eligibility directly with the venue. The parties' agreement may not satisfy the venue's rules.
Who pays the name-change fee?
The amount and payment method depend on the venue. Agree whether the fee is included in the sale price and who pays, then confirm with the venue.
Can I send an unedited proof image?
Hide membership numbers, contact details, birth dates and barcodes that are unnecessary for verification. Share only what the venue needs to check the remaining rights.
When should I mark the listing sold?
After the venue has completed the name change and buyer registration. A chat agreement alone is not completion; tell the other party if approval is still pending.
