Learn what to include in a store offer: benefits, promotion dates, event period, location and booking conditions. Check restrictions and actual charges before visiting.
Sign in, choose Store Offer under Sell, and accurately enter the benefit, category, venue, dates, booking link and use conditions.
Things to check
List only operating venues and genuine offers
State dates, location, booking and use conditions accurately
Avoid exaggerated claims and false discount rates
A self-employed owner or small business may list a genuine offer it operates or is authorized to publish, but this is not business verification.
Things to check
Confirm authority to operate or post for the venue
Do not use another venue's name or images without permission
Advertise only offers the venue can provide
A store offer can be listed up to one month before its start date and may appear before the event begins.
Things to check
Choose the actual event start date
Remember that the listing is public before the event starts
Match the start date to the venue's schedule
The start date cannot be changed after registration
The end date can be no later than one day before the date two months after the start date, and cannot precede the start.
Things to check
Do not set the end date before the start date
The latest end date is start date plus two months minus one day
Calculate from the event start, not the posting date
Update public visibility after the event ends
Saving your listing requests translation into the selected languages. The translation status is shown after saving. Personal transfers show only auto-translation; business events distinguish translated pages, staff language assistance and foreign-language menus. Selecting a language does not mean translation is complete. Verified translations appear on the corresponding language page when ready. A failed or unavailable translation does not undo your saved listing.
Language assistance describes the languages and proficiency levels of staff. A foreign-language menu means a menu or service-use information supplied by the venue in another language. Selecting an auto-translation page does not automatically provide staff assistance or prepare a venue's menu.
O means selected, - means not selected, and X means explicitly declined. An unselected option does not necessarily mean the service is unavailable. Before visiting, confirm staff language assistance and foreign-language menu availability with the venue.
Things to check
Distinguish language selection from completed translation
Confirm staff languages and proficiency
Confirm the venue's foreign-language menu availability
List only a genuine pass or membership, trial or period discount in a supported category with accurate title, venue, dates, images, booking link and conditions.
Things to check
Check the current category and whether the offer can be provided
Enter dates, venue, booking method and use conditions
Check images for exposed personal information
False or unavailable offers, illegal or medical services, rights or privacy violations, spam and hidden conditions are prohibited.
Things to check
Do not invent list prices or exaggerate benefits
Do not list medical procedures or illegal services
Check copyright and privacy before posting
List only genuine store offers, with accurate benefits, dates, venue and booking conditions. Store events have no separate selling-price field; state the actual event price in the description. A missing price field does not mean the event is free.
If using an external booking link, verify that it is the store's official channel and disclose on-site charges or use restrictions in the listing.
For example, a coworking day pass should state available hours, included seating or space, and booking-cancellation conditions.
Things to check
Enter genuine benefits and event dates
Disclose booking, cancellation and on-site charges
