After a sale is marked complete, its existing chat is read-only and cannot send new messages. A completed listing cannot start a new chat. Arrange any remaining steps before marking it complete.
A buyer can review the seller after the seller marks that buyer's transaction complete; unrelated or incomplete chats cannot create a review.
Do not enter phone numbers, social IDs, real names, authentication codes, passwords or identity images in chat or reviews.
