How Today Ticket handles the minimum data needed to provide the service.
1. Data collected
We may process a Firebase UID, social-login identifier, nickname, optional email, listing data, favorites, access logs, reports and inquiries.
2. Purpose
Data supports authentication, listing management, favorites, distance sorting, reports, abuse prevention and service quality.
3. Location
A user-selected reference location is used for distance display and may be stored with reduced precision in the browser. It is not stored as a profile or transaction record.
4. Retention
Data is deleted or masked on withdrawal except minimum records required for disputes, trust and abuse prevention.
5. Third parties
Personal data is not shared without consent except when required by law or minimally necessary for dispute handling.
6. Your rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion or account withdrawal through service features or support.
7. Microsoft Clarity
Clarity may process page, click, scroll, device and approximate-region data for usability and error analysis; sensitive inputs are masked by default.
