Privacy Policy

1. Personal data collected

• Firebase UID
• Kakao, Naver or Google sign-in identifier
• Nickname
• Email address, only if provided
• Listing information, venue name, venue location and open-chat link
• Favorite listings
• Access logs
• Reports and inquiries
• In-service chat participant identifiers, linked listing ID and title, message sender, text and sending time
• Chat room status, latest message and message count, read and unread status, closure and retention-hold information

2. Purposes of using personal data

• Identifying members and maintaining sign-in
• Providing listing creation, editing, deletion and other management features
• Saving favorites
• Location-based listing display, distance calculation and nearest-first sorting
• Handling reports and inquiries
• Preventing misuse and maintaining service stability
• Improving the service and managing quality
• Delivering in-service chats, providing conversation history and read status, reviewing reports, and applying conditional retention and cleanup

3. Handling location and listing information

A reference location permitted or selected by the user is used to display nearby passes and memberships, calculate distances and sort nearest first.

For convenience on later visits, reduced-precision reference coordinates and an area name may be saved in the user's browser localStorage.

This reference location is not stored on the server as a member profile or transaction record. Users can change it by clearing browser storage or selecting a location again in the service.

The venue name and location entered by the seller are used to display the listing and map pin and to calculate distances.

4. Retention and deletion

General personal data is deleted or masked when a member withdraws.

On account withdrawal, the name, email address, contact information, favorites, publicly displayed listing information and chat list are deleted or de-identified.

However, minimum trust records, such as completed transactions, reviews and reports, may be retained in de-identified form for transaction safety and misuse prevention.

After rejoining, trust information displayed on screen may be based on the new account.

Minimum records for handling reports and disputes and preventing misuse may be retained for a period under the operating policy and applicable law.

In-service chats become eligible for cleanup 180 days after their recorded closure only if there is no retention hold and no unresolved report. When a hold on a closed conversation is released, the 180-day period is calculated again from the release time.

Eligibility for cleanup and actual deletion may occur at different times. Deletion requires the cleanup process to run and recheck the current state. Conversations without a recorded closure, or with a retention hold or unresolved report, are not eligible for this cleanup.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Today Ticket does not disclose users' personal data externally without prior consent. Requests under law and the minimum information needed to handle disputes may, however, be processed under the relevant criteria.

6. User rights

Users may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, or account withdrawal. They can use the features provided in the service or contact customer support.

7. Usage analysis with Microsoft Clarity

Today Ticket uses Microsoft Clarity to analyze service usage, improve screens and identify errors.

• Data collected and analyzed: visited pages, clicks, scrolling, session activity, device, browser and operating-system information, and approximate region based on the connecting IP address
• Collection method: cookies and tracking scripts
• Processing provider: Microsoft Corporation
• Retention: session replay data is kept for 30 days by default; favorited or certain sampled records, click data and heatmap data may be kept for up to 9 months.
• Sensitive screen content, such as input fields, is masked by default.
