Pass and membership transfer FAQs

After signing in, open Language group chats from Favorites or the chat section of My page. Chat opens on its own page. Use Back or your browser’s back button to return. Choose a room in your preferred language. Messages are not automatically translated.

Each room allows up to 100 joined accounts. This is not the number of people currently online. You cannot join a full room. To leave, open your room and use the menu at the top right. A place must be available if you want to join again.

You can view messages sent after you joined, within the last 3 days (72 hours). Closing this screen or visiting another page keeps you in the room. Membership ends only when you confirm “Leave room”. If you rejoin, you can only view messages sent after rejoining. Report evidence is kept separately for review. Scroll up to load older messages, 30 at a time. New messages still arrive while you read older messages. Select the new-message notice to jump to the latest conversation. Use a message's menu to report or block its sender, and the blocked list to unblock them. If a send result is uncertain, use the displayed check-result or retry action.

Open the listing details and use the share button at the top right. Supported browsers open your device’s share menu; other browsers copy the listing link. To share a listing in a group chat, paste its link into a message and send it. Open the linked listing to check its current availability and terms.

Today Ticket connects location-based pass or membership transfers and genuine store offers while the parties confirm the terms directly.

No. Today Ticket connects listings, locations and chat but does not guarantee payment, transfer, refunds or actual use.

On Home or a category list, choose a reference location, category and listing type to find nearby passes and memberships.

To list one, sign in, choose a personal transfer, and enter the actual remaining period or uses, expiry date, eligible venue and included services.

Before listing, ask the venue whether transfer is allowed, which name-change steps and fees apply, and agree with the buyer who pays those fees.

Public listings and basic details are visible without signing in, but favorites, chat, reports and listing require an account.

You can sign in with Kakao, Naver or Google and should reuse the same provider account to access existing records.

After signing in, use My Page to manage favorites, your listings, chats and transaction records.

Use the public service links or My Page to open notices, terms, privacy documents and the operating policy.

Set a reference location and choose nearest sorting to see passes and memberships ordered by distance in the list and map.

Yes. Search for a region, station or place and set it as the reference location without granting current-location access.

Use the reference-location control to choose another region or place; it changes browsing distance, not the listing's venue.

Nearest distance is a straight-line estimate between the reference coordinates and the venue coordinates, not a route or travel time.

Selecting a map marker opens its listing card, and selecting a listing moves the map to the same item.

Verify the branch name, street address, entrance and whether that branch accepts the pass or membership before visiting.

A coarse reference coordinate and region may remain in browser localStorage, but it is not stored in the member profile or transaction record.

Before buying, verify transfer permission, remaining uses or time, expiry, eligible branch, extra fees and seller information.

Ask the issuing venue directly before the transaction because transfer rules depend on the pass or membership, purchase terms and branch policy.

Check the listing first, then reconfirm the current remaining uses or time with both the seller and venue before payment.

Use the listing as a reference and ask the venue about the exact expiry, eligible branches, hours and extension rules.

The venue decides whether and how membership details can be transferred, including visits, documents, fees and processing time.

No. Today Ticket does not process payment, refunds or escrow; the parties must agree on payment and check the venue's policy.

Ask about the current balance, exact expiry, transfer steps, eligible branch, extra fees and transaction schedule.

Sign in, choose a personal transfer under Sell, and enter accurate pass or membership, venue, price, remaining value, expiry and location details.

List only a pass or membership you own that the venue allows to be transferred, with the remaining value stated accurately.

Include the pass or membership type, venue, price, remaining value, expiry, location and use restrictions, and remove personal data from images.

Set a reasonable price from the original price and remaining value, disclose extra fees, and agree who pays venue charges.

Use My Listings on My Page to edit or soft-delete a listing you own; deleted listings leave public lists and maps.

The seller marks completion from the chat with the actual buyer after confirming the correct listing and counterpart.

Do not place phone numbers, social IDs, real names, membership numbers or authentication data in a public listing or image.

Supported categories include leisure, beauty, exercise, space and hobbies, but only transferable passes and memberships that fit the real service should be listed.

For salon passes or memberships, verify covered services, stylist and branch limits, remaining prepaid balance or sessions, transfer rules and add-on charges. Ask separately whether member discounts and rewards transfer.

Hourly passes depend on remaining hours, while period passes depend on the end date and permitted hours; also check branch and account-transfer rules.

For gym and PT passes, check the period or remaining sessions, branch, trainer, pause history, included services and name-change fee.

Verify private or group type, remaining sessions, expiry, booking and cancellation limits, instructor and whether all sessions transfer.

Separate lesson and range benefits and confirm remaining sessions or time, assigned professional, branch, booking account and transfer rules.

Confirm the included treatment, removal, extension, art and designer charges, remaining balance and how the venue applies a transfer.

Sign in, choose Store Offer under Sell, and accurately enter the benefit, category, venue, dates, booking link and use conditions.

A self-employed owner or small business may list a genuine offer it operates or is authorized to publish, but this is not business verification.

A store offer can be listed up to one month before its start date and may appear before the event begins.

The end date can be no later than one day before the date two months after the start date, and cannot precede the start.

Saving your listing requests translation into the selected languages. The translation status is shown after saving. Personal transfers show only auto-translation; business events distinguish translated pages, staff language assistance and foreign-language menus. Selecting a language does not mean translation is complete. Verified translations appear on the corresponding language page when ready. A failed or unavailable translation does not undo your saved listing.

Language assistance describes the languages and proficiency levels of staff. A foreign-language menu means a menu or service-use information supplied by the venue in another language. Selecting an auto-translation page does not automatically provide staff assistance or prepare a venue's menu.

O means selected, - means not selected, and X means explicitly declined. An unselected option does not necessarily mean the service is unavailable. Before visiting, confirm staff language assistance and foreign-language menu availability with the venue.

List only a genuine pass or membership, trial or period discount in a supported category with accurate title, venue, dates, images, booking link and conditions.

False or unavailable offers, illegal or medical services, rights or privacy violations, spam and hidden conditions are prohibited.

List only genuine store offers, with accurate benefits, dates, venue and booking conditions. Store events have no separate selling-price field; state the actual event price in the description. A missing price field does not mean the event is free.

If using an external booking link, verify that it is the store's official channel and disclose on-site charges or use restrictions in the listing.

For example, a coworking day pass should state available hours, included seating or space, and booking-cancellation conditions.

Before paying, verify transfer permission, remaining value, expiry and the venue's answer; avoid pressure, unknown links and requests for credentials.

Use Report on the listing, choose the closest reason and describe only verifiable facts such as false information or exposed personal data.

Use the report action in the chat room and submit the relevant reason; stop engaging if there are threats, fraud or credential requests.

First verify the facts with the other party and venue; Today Ticket does not decide refunds or damages, but policy violations can be reported.

After a sale is marked complete, its existing chat is read-only and cannot send new messages. A completed listing cannot start a new chat. Arrange any remaining steps before marking it complete.

A buyer can review the seller after the seller marks that buyer's transaction complete; unrelated or incomplete chats cannot create a review.

Do not enter phone numbers, social IDs, real names, authentication codes, passwords or identity images in chat or reviews.

Social commerce broadly connects product discovery and purchasing through social networks, content or communities, but each service handles payment differently.

Group buying aggregates orders to meet a condition; social commerce is broader and may include it, while Today Ticket has no group-order or shared-payment feature.

A coupon is a discount right issued for set terms; a pass or membership transfer moves the remaining rights of an already purchased membership or multi-use pass.

Today Ticket shows nearby pass or membership listings and store offers by reference location, but does not issue coupons, process payment or guarantee a transaction.

A personal seller should prove ownership, confirm transfer permission and state the terms accurately; repeated commercial activity may follow different obligations.

A store should state a benefit it can actually provide, its dates, audience and restrictions without inflated discount claims, and check its own legal duties.

Both help people discover offers online, but Today Ticket currently connects personal pass or membership transfers and store offers without its own payment or group-buying feature.
