If your plans change, unused personal-training sessions may be transferable where the centre permits it.
PT combines a trainer and booking schedule. Check trainer assignment, gym access and separate expiry dates as well as the session count.
When to consider a transfer

Trainer schedules do not fit
Ask if the buyer can keep or change the trainer.
Gym access remains separately
Identify which gym-access rights accompany the PT sessions.
Refunds and transfers are different processes
Refunds are settled by the venue under the contract, including used services and applicable deductions. Transfers need venue approval to move the remaining entitlement to another person.
Compare the refundable amount, transfer fees and what the buyer can actually use. Today Ticket does not process refunds or name changes for the venue.

- Do not rush to mark the sale complete before registration is changed and you can use or book under your own name.
Seller checks
- Update the remaining quantity after bookings, cancellations and pauses. Separate paid entitlement from bonus benefits.
- State expiry, service and branch restrictions, and the venue's confirmed transfer conditions accurately.
- Do not publish or hand over private member IDs, login accounts, access codes or consultation records. Use official registration procedures.
How to confirm transfer with the venue
- 1Give the exact product name and confirm whether transfer is allowed and how the buyer registers.
- 2Confirm the remaining time, credit or sessions and final expiry after pauses, extensions and deductions.
- 3Check eligible services, branches and booking rules for the buyer, including any changes from the seller's terms.
- 4Ask about fees, identity checks and a joint visit; agree in chat who pays and when registration will be completed.

Does gym membership transfer with PT?
It depends on whether they are one contract or separate products. Confirm each balance, expiry and transfer permission.
Can I keep the same trainer?
Scheduling and centre policy may restrict this. Confirm available times and any programme or price changes with another trainer.
Do cancelled or missed sessions remain?
They may already be deducted under the cancellation rules. Check completed, reserved and deducted entries immediately before listing.
Can PT move to another branch?
Different operators or trainer contracts may restrict this. Confirm the branch, new trainer and extra fees before agreement.
Who pays the name-change fee?
Confirm the centre's fee first, then agree in chat whether the seller or buyer pays it.
