Terms of Service
Basic terms for using Today Ticket.
1. Purpose
Today Ticket connects listings and location information for user-to-user pass transfers. It does not provide payment, delivery or escrow services.
2. Accounts
Users may sign in with supported social providers and are responsible for keeping their accounts secure.
3. Listing rules
List only a pass you own or are authorized to transfer. False, illegal, non-transferable or rights-infringing listings are prohibited.
4. Buyer checks
Buyers must verify transfer eligibility, remaining use, expiry and availability directly with the venue.
5. Responsibility
Today Ticket is not a party to the transaction and does not guarantee a listing or its performance.
6. Prohibited conduct
Impersonation, spam, price manipulation, privacy violations and unlawful products are prohibited.
7. Reports
Listings or accounts may be hidden, removed or restricted after a report or policy violation.
8. Withdrawal
Profile data is deleted or masked after withdrawal, subject to minimum records retained for disputes and fraud prevention.
9. Disputes
Payment, refund, transfer and usability disputes are primarily resolved between the parties.
10. Changes
Material changes to these terms will be announced in the service.
