Refunds and transfers are different processes
A refund is settled by the venue under the contract, taking used services and applicable deductions into account. A transfer changes the holder of the remaining entitlement with the venue's approval.
Compare the refundable amount with transfer fees and any new registration or instructor-change fees. Listing on Today Ticket and the venue's own procedures are separate; confirm each cost before agreeing.

Seller checks
- State the verified expiry and remaining quantity, separating the main pass, lessons and additional services. Recheck pending bookings before listing.
- Disclose instructor, class-level, booking and branch restrictions. Do not promise effects or decide a buyer's health or class suitability for them.
- Do not hand over your login, access-app account or identity credentials. Use the venue's official member-change procedure.
How to confirm transfer with the venue

Can I change the golf professional?
It depends on whether the contract assigns a specific professional. Ask about booking with the same professional and whether changing them alters the session count or price.
Does paused range time transfer?
The range decides whether a pause extension carries over. Confirm current pause status, the final end date and whether transfer automatically resumes the pass.
Can I hand over my screen-golf account?
Avoid transferring a personal account, which can expose personal information and other history. Ask whether the venue officially supports credit transfer; do not improvise an account transfer if it does not.
Do lockers and golf-bag storage transfer?
These may be separate contracts from range access. Check the storage period and permission to change the name; exclude non-transferable services from the listing.
