Location-based Service Terms
How location data supports nearby-pass discovery.
1. Purpose
Current or selected location is used to show nearby passes, calculate distance and sort results.
2. Location data
The service can use device-approved location, a searched or map-selected reference point, and the venue location in a listing.
3. Storage
Current location is not stored in the database. Venue locations are stored as part of public listings.
4. Permission
You may deny device location permission and instead search or select a reference location.
5. Accuracy
Map distance can differ from actual travel distance. Confirm the venue and pass availability before a transaction.
