Location-based Service Terms

1. Purpose of using location information

Today Ticket shows nearby passes and memberships, calculates distances and sorts nearest first using the user's current location or a location they select.

A venue location entered by a seller appears on the map as a listing pin.

2. Location information used

• Current location permitted by the browser or device
• A reference location searched for or selected directly on the map by the user
• The venue location selected by the seller when creating a listing

3. Storage

The user's current location is used only for distance calculation and on-screen display, and is not stored in the database.

The venue location included in a listing is stored as listing information for displaying the product and showing it on the map.

4. Denying location permission

Users may deny location permission in browser or device settings.

Even without location permission, users can use the service by searching for an area, station or address, or by selecting a reference location on the map.

5. Points to note

Maps and distances may differ depending on the actual travel route, venue circumstances and device location accuracy.

Before a transaction, we recommend confirming pass or membership usability and the venue's location directly with the venue.
