Account data deletion

You can request deletion of your Oi account data using the account withdrawal feature.

Delete account

Sign in using the same login method you used for the Oi account you want to delete.
My page → Account → Delete account
Read the notice, select account withdrawal and complete the confirmation. If asked, authenticate again with the same account.

Withdrawing from Oi does not delete your Facebook account or other linked external accounts.

Data deletion and retention

Deleting your account removes listings, favorites, and chats from the account. Minimum anonymized trust records, such as completed transactions, reviews, and valid reports, may be retained for transaction safety and abuse prevention. If you sign up again, visible trust information may start from a new account.

Contact customer support to request account data deletion. Do not send passwords or verification codes.
